Choose right the first time

  • Every product lists its dimensions, materials and, for lighting, the bulb type, so you can check it fits before you buy.
  • Our buying guides help with sizing, from chandeliers to toilet rough-in sizes, so fewer items are sent back and forth.

Repair before replace

  • Every item is covered by our 2-year warranty.
  • If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, we send replacement parts where we can, rather than replacing the whole item.

Energy use

Many of our lights take LED bulbs or have built-in LEDs, which use far less electricity than old incandescent bulbs. The bulb type is listed on every lighting product.

Packaging

Large, heavy and fragile items need protective packaging to arrive safely. Please recycle cardboard and other packaging where your local facilities allow.

Our suppliers

Our products are made by manufacturing partners. We expect them to follow the laws that apply to them, including those on safe working conditions, and we do not accept child labour or forced labour.
