We love our light. It did take some time to Receive it and even though it was packaged very well the frame was cracked. I believe it happened before shipping. However even with the crack the light is nice - we turned the broken part to the back of the wall. The light is as described.

Toilet arrived within the promised time frame. When it arrived it was exceptionally well crated. I needed a screwdriver and crow bar just to open the OUTSIDE crate. Inside the wooden crate the toilet was packed in an additional form fitting cardboard box and inside that was more foam packing. It arrived completely intact in perfect condition. The toilet is of great quality and an absolutely beautiful and highlight to our guest toilet room. Totally satisfied with the entire experience and as such I highly recommend Clearhalo!

Contemporary One Piece Flush Toilet Floor Mounted Golden Urine Toilet for Washroom

The marbled look of the gray top is nice; I am happy with it. There was one issue with the finish, however. Along one edge the top was not fully polished, showing a dulled strip when viewed at a shallow angle. Upon closer examination, it showed a faint cross hatched pattern from a prior, courser smoothing step, I assume. I had to resort to using some Cerium Oxide glass polish to buff out that strip. That was extra cost, and took a couple of hours of time to recover the surface finish. It now looks good all over. So, there was a production quality issue.
