Rings of polished natural alabaster beads strung on a brass-toned frame and hung from a round canopy. The beads glow warmly when lit, and the veining in each bead shows up as soft clouds. It is a lighter, more flowing take on the stone chandelier, with single, double and triple ring versions.

Single rings come in 19.7, 23.6, 31.5 and 39.4 in (50, 60, 80 and 100 cm) diameters; double and triple rings stack at an angle for a sculptural shape. Each ring is 2.4 in (6 cm) high and the hanging cable is adjustable up to 79 in (200 cm).

Alabaster is a soft, fine-grained mineral that settled in layers over millions of years. Every block carries its own clouds, veins and warmth.

So your shade is one of a kind. Expect its pattern and tone to differ from the photos. That's the signature of real stone.

The light

Cut thin, alabaster turns translucent. The light travels through the stone and spreads out, so the whole shade glows a soft, warm amber with no harsh glare.

Lovely item , thought it might have been a bit heavier in construction however it doesn't matter as it is solid wood not chip board or other weak construction. It really is an actual piece of wooden furniture not some flat pack rubbish. Thanks for making a nice set of drawers. I would recommend this vendor.
