Who can join?
Anyone who buys furniture, lighting or fixtures for clients or business spaces: interior designers, decorators, architects, stagers, developers, hospitality and short-let operators. Tell us about your work in the form and we'll take it from there.
How do I get the trade price?
Once you're approved, sign in with the email you applied with. Your trade price is applied automatically at checkout.
How do the discount tiers work?
Your discount depends on the value of a single order: 10% off orders up to $10,000, rising step by step to 30% off orders of $60,000 or more. Orders aren't added together, so put a whole project in one order to reach a higher tier.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum order, and your trade account stays active whether you order once a year or every week.
Can I use other discount codes too?
No. Trade pricing can't be combined with other discount codes, and it doesn't apply to clearance items.
Can I ship to my client or a job site?
Yes. Enter any delivery address at checkout. Shipping is free and tracked, and duties and taxes are already included.
Can you quote a whole project?
Yes. Email a room-by-room list with quantities to hello@clearhalo.com with "Trade enquiry" in the subject, and we'll send one quote.
Do returns and warranty work the same way?
Yes. Trade orders have the same 60-day returns and 2-year warranty as every Clearhalo order.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The trade programme is free.
