I was so excited when the chandelier got to me in Los Angeles! It was worth the wait and packed very well….in fact, I didn’t have tools to open all the packing tape and awaited the handyman! It is GORGEOUS! For the price, this cannot be beat. Just beautiful quality. Some hardware was missing so I went to the hardware store with the contractor who got what we needed, nothing very expensive. I’m so happy with this chandelier. It’s truly stunning and it just makes the room!
Shipping took quite a long time, the shipping updates gave conflicting carriers, first it was FedEx, then it was UPS, then back to FedEx. The item arrived when the shipping status said enroute.
Shipping took awhile, and I’m not sure the order got processed until I reached out for an update at day 34, however the lights are gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for.
It’s exactly as described, it’s like a soft film of foam, its glue is perfect it glued immediately on the rough concrete blocks even with large gaps it glued around it. Recommend it for a quick cheap renovation
I will send you photos when installed. We received it in excellent, strong packaging, and with no damage or problems. Received in plenty of time for our project, in spite of Hurricane Layla creating a delay!
Tracking was challenging, until I realized I could change the language to my own language. Your staff was very helpful when I emailed for help with navigating the tracking sites.
This sink is a perfect size for our needs.
Fixture is great. Onyx light shades are really nice and it works well and looks great. Only downside is wood is very thin and cheap looking and need to
notate it takes european bulbs E14 not us E12..
Beautiful light fixture. The packing of this product was amazing. Everything was so protected. Used in a Spider-Man bedroom. Looks awesome for my grandson. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately, one of the faucets has a very slight leak out of the top of the mixer handle. It is still usable and barely leaks out of the top when the handle is all the way to the hot side when it is off. Other than that they are great faucets.
Lovely item , thought it might have been a bit heavier in construction however it doesn't matter as it is solid wood not chip board or other weak construction. It really is an actual piece of wooden furniture not some flat pack rubbish. Thanks for making a nice set of drawers. I would recommend this vendor.
I really like the light. The style is very cool. It is a bit smaller than I wanted for my space though. I should have taken note of the given dimensions.
The merchandise took a while to be delivered, but once it arrived I was impressed with the quality & substantial weight of the lamp & that it has an actual working clock. It definitely has the old vintage punk steam appearance
It took longer to arrive and there was no presrilled holes and way to get drawer on. I had to by additional things to fix the draw to table. Parts also didn’t arrive together
Hi. It went really well and my Electrician put it up. It’s very pretty but I made a mistake. I should’ve bought the one with more bulbs because this doesn’t give me very much light at all. I didn’t think about that before.

Are bulbs included?
Whether bulbs are included is listed in the specifications above for each version. If it isn't clear, message us before you order and we'll confirm.
Is it dimmable?
With dimmable LED bulbs (or a dimmable version, where offered) and a compatible LED dimmer switch, most of our fixtures dim smoothly. Check the specifications above for this model.
How high should it hang?
Over a dining table, leave about 30–36 in between the tabletop and the bottom of the fixture. In walkways, keep at least 7 ft of clearance underneath.
Will it work with my home's voltage?
Yes. We supply every light with the correct voltage for the country it's delivered to: 110–120V for the US and Canada, and 220–240V for the UK, Europe and Australia.
Can I install it myself?
If you're confident with basic electrical work and local rules allow it, most fixtures install in about an hour. For heavy fixtures, high or sloped ceilings, or if you're at all unsure, use a licensed electrician. Always switch off the breaker first.
What warranty does it come with?
Every item is covered by our 2-year warranty. If something goes wrong, email hello@clearhalo.com with your order number and photos.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days, once final quality checks are complete. The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link when it ships.
Is shipping free, and are duties included?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, and customs duties and import taxes are included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return any unwanted item for a refund within 60 days of receiving it. See our refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us photos of the item and the packaging and we'll replace or refund it. You won't pay to send a damaged item back.
