Shipping took quite a long time, the shipping updates gave conflicting carriers, first it was FedEx, then it was UPS, then back to FedEx. The item arrived when the shipping status said enroute.

I will send you photos when installed. We received it in excellent, strong packaging, and with no damage or problems. Received in plenty of time for our project, in spite of Hurricane Layla creating a delay! Tracking was challenging, until I realized I could change the language to my own language. Your staff was very helpful when I emailed for help with navigating the tracking sites. This sink is a perfect size for our needs.

White Drop-in Bathroom Sink Porcelain Wash Stand with Shut-Off Valve
Fixture is great. Onyx light shades are really nice and it works well and looks great. Only downside is wood is very thin and cheap looking and need to notate it takes european bulbs E14 not us E12..
Beautiful light fixture. The packing of this product was amazing. Everything was so protected. Used in a Spider-Man bedroom. Looks awesome for my grandson. Thank you so much.

Start by delivering what you actually advertise! Customers should not have to spend $740 on two lamps only to receive products that look completely different from the website photos. Your representatives also need to be honest about product availability. I specifically confirmed that my lamps were in stock and ready to ship before ordering, yet weeks later, they were apparently still at the inspection stage. Improve your customer service, respond to emails promptly, and stop leaving customers chasing updates. Waiting two and a half months for an order that was supposedly ready to ship is unacceptable. Most importantly, take responsibility when a product does not match what was advertised. I would appreciate a full refund or a proper resolution rather than more excuses. This has been one of my most disappointing online shopping experiences. I have attached comparison photos to my review so other customers can see exactly what was advertised versus what I received.

Wood Beaded Dome Flushmount Rustic 3 Bulbs Dining Table Ceiling Mount Chandelier in Pink/White/Blue
Very nice item , great service . Thanks ♥️♥️♥️😊
Lovely item , thought it might have been a bit heavier in construction however it doesn't matter as it is solid wood not chip board or other weak construction. It really is an actual piece of wooden furniture not some flat pack rubbish. Thanks for making a nice set of drawers. I would recommend this vendor.
12" W Vintage Vertical Storage Chest Bedroom Solid Wood Lingerie Chest with Drawers
I really like the light. The style is very cool. It is a bit smaller than I wanted for my space though. I should have taken note of the given dimensions.
The merchandise took a while to be delivered, but once it arrived I was impressed with the quality & substantial weight of the lamp & that it has an actual working clock. It definitely has the old vintage punk steam appearance
It took longer to arrive and there was no presrilled holes and way to get drawer on. I had to by additional things to fix the draw to table. Parts also didn’t arrive together

My bath arrived sooner than I expected safe and sound. Once it is installed I think it will look awesome
Antique Finish Round Soaking Bath Stand Alone Modern Bath Tub
Hi. It went really well and my Electrician put it up. It’s very pretty but I made a mistake. I should’ve bought the one with more bulbs because this doesn’t give me very much light at all. I didn’t think about that before.
1 of the crystals or petal of the flowers came off how can we rectify this.
it arrived timely and looking great.
1 Light Pendant Light Modern Ribbed Glass Shade Metal Hanging Lamp in Black
With the distance of travel factored in, the goods took a little while to arrive, but they were certainly worth waiting for. The lights were very well packaged and protected in transit. The fittings are of exceptionally good quality, much better than I have previously purchased from well known British DIY giants. They did need to be assembled, but that should not be an issue for a competent DIY'er. All in all, I'm delighted.
I received very good service. Thank you.
Light too small for kitchen do donated it; lady remodeling homes & said it would be perfect for her.
