Every order ships free, whatever its size or destination. We deliver to every country except Iceland, Cyprus and Israel. Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

The estimate for your address is shown at checkout. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Custom-made orders need extra time for production and quality checks, so the times above don't apply to them. Ask us about timing when you email us about a custom order.
Customs checks can occasionally hold up a delivery. They're outside our control, but if your order is affected we'll keep you updated.
Heavy items are delivered to the curb. White-glove delivery, carried in and placed, is available on request: contact us before you order.
