Shipping and delivery
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to every country we deliver to, with no minimum spend. Faster paid delivery may be offered for some addresses at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Duties and import taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days of payment, after final quality checks. After dispatch, lighting, decor and home accessories usually arrive in:

Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order is tracked and we email you the tracking link when it ships. You can also use our order tracking page.
How are large items delivered?
Heavy items are delivered kerbside. White-glove delivery (carried in and placed) is available on request; please contact us before ordering.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch, for a full refund. Custom-made items can't be cancelled once ordered. After dispatch you can return the item within 60 days.
Returns, refunds and warranty
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@clearhalo.com with your order number first; items sent back without a return request can't be accepted. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping. In the EU you can also cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Custom-made items can't be returned unless faulty. Full terms: Returns Policy.
When will I get my refund?
We process returns within 10 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a little longer.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us your order number with photos of the item and packaging. We send a replacement or replacement parts at no cost, and you don't pay to send anything back.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Every item is covered for 2 years from delivery against faults in materials and manufacture. If an item has to come back for a warranty claim, we cover the return shipping. See Our Guarantee.
