A globe of natural Spanish alabaster hangs below an elongated oval loop, set on a thin stem from a round canopy. The loop gives the piece a graphic, jewelry-like shape, and the stone glows with warm clouds of gray and amber veining.
Choose a 4.7 in (12 cm) or 5.9 in (15 cm) globe in a brass or black finish. The drop adjusts from a cord of about 71 in (180 cm), and the LED switches between three color settings. Hang one by a bed or three in a row over a table.

Cut thin, alabaster turns translucent. The light travels through the stone and spreads out, so the whole shade glows a soft, warm amber with no harsh glare.
Tip: warm white bulbs (2700–3000K) bring out the amber in the stone

Lovely item , thought it might have been a bit heavier in construction however it doesn't matter as it is solid wood not chip board or other weak construction.
